A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits losses sustained by fraudulent use of your credit card to a MAXIMUM of fifty dollars. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us an INTERNATIONAL Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
SHIPPING : NO SHIPPING AGENCY will insure GLASS PRODUCTS for LOSS or DAMAGE. So, if you receive damaged goods, or in the unlikley event that your shipment is lost in transit there would be no replacement. However at your choice if you wish you can self insure with us at a cost of an additional approximately 15% of each glass item and we will cover the replacement and shipping from Victoria B.C. Canada, NOTE If you receive broken or damaged glass products you will have 24 Hours to start a claim after receipt of shipment.
When ordering MULTIPLE ITEMS the online store will OVER CHARGE on shipping. We will return the over charge with a check for the difference.
